  7. We deliver the products to the address you mentioned in our website. The international  delivery takes  two weeks time and for the local customers, the products are delivered in three days.

  9. You can inform us within a day if the product bought from us is not as described in our website. We can consider for a replacement.If the product is available at a local market, avoid the shopping at Ewayzshop to save the extra shipping charges.

Return and Refund Policy

  1. If the product is not as shown in our website, your money will be refunded.
  2. When you never receive the product from us in 7 days time, you can inform us immediately. We’ll take action soon or refund your money.
  3. If the product is spoiled within the warranty period, you can claim for a refund.
  4. There is no refund if the product is received in good condition.
  5. There is no refund if anything happenned to the product because of your improper use.
  6. The refund is not offered to the products purchased during festival seasons because they are rare items and sold in small quantities.
  7. No refund for the items given at free of cost, promotion offers and etc.
